Astrocare Home Healthcare specializes in long term care for the disabled and elderly. Our goal is to help consumers or clients obtain the greatest independence possible within the community. We do this by working with each consumer to understand their unique needs, sharing our knowledge of the services available and respectfully providing all possible services.
We improve the quality of life for our clients by recognizing that each person is an individual with unique needs and abilities. Together with the client, case manager and family we develop a comprehensive care plan tailored to each client’s needs. Astrocare Home Healthcare is the umbrella organization for Astrocare Visiting Health Professionals, Inc., Astrocare CLASS, Inc. and Astrocare CDS, LLC. Astrocare has been licensed by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission since 1984.
